SCOTT PAINT'S SERVICE COMMITMENT TO PROPERTY MANAGERS Scott Paint will help the Property Manager plan for painting budget reserves. Scott Paint will notify the Property Manager in advance of the expiration of warranties for planning purposes. Scott Paint representatives are available to attend Board Meetings to answer questions and explain the process of repainting their building. Scott Paint will write comprehensive paint specifications for each property that clearly communicates the scope of work to be bid upon, as well as the warranties that will be offered. Scott Paint will recommend qualified painting contractors to provide competitive bids on your projects. Scott Paint will schedule and conduct pre-bid meetings at the property to review the paint specifications with the selected bidding contractors, the Property Manager and members of the Board that wish to attend. This meeting helps to ensure consistency in the bidding process. Scott Paint will assist the Property Manager in understanding the price differences never seen by the Board of Directors. As part of the service we provide on every job, a Scott Paint representative will follow the progress of the job closely and conduct both scheduled and random inspections to ensure quality control. We will document these inspections and provide a copy to the Property Manager throughout the various phases of the project. Scott Paint representatives are on call. The Property Manager may call us at any time to request partial lien releases, or to get an update on the project. At the completion of the job, a Scott Paint representative will walk the property and generate a "punch list" for the contractor. A final inspection is made to verify that all punch list items have been completed, then warranties and final lien releases are issued.
